A slightly soggy but pleasant walk was followed by refreshments and greyhound chat at the cafe.

A relatively small turnout for this walk due to the very hot weather, and for this reason the walk was kept to approximately 30 minutes duration around the lake. On return to the visitor centre we relaxed in the shade on the grass for refreshments and the usual greyhound chat. This was a new venue for our monthly walk and we all thought we will return here in the future, hopefully on a cooler day.
